Due to the nature of Digital Goods, the Buyer retains a copy of the Digital Good and in many cases, will already have received a benefit from the Digital Good and thus the Buyer shall not be eligible for a refund.

That said, upon a request of refund from the Buyer, Couple of Journeys, in its sole and absolute discretion, will allow for a refund (nil, partial or full) of the Retail Price of any Digital Good purchased from Couple of Journeys within 60 days from the Buyer’s date of purchase for any of the following reasons:

1. In order for Couple of Journeys to comply with applicable industry or other contractual requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and or requests from law enforcement or judiciary bodies; or

2. For any reason Couple of Journeys deems appropriate.

Once Couple of Journeys confirms a request of full or partial refund, the amount shall be refunded back to the bank account from which payment had been made by the Buyer within 5-7 days from the date of confirmation of refund.

It must be noted that it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to appropriately handle, remove or destroy any Digital Good or that may cause Buyer to: (i) incur additional liability, including, but not limited to, criminal and/or civil liability; or (ii) experience additional adverse effects, including, but not limited to, potential privacy, security, or technical vulnerabilities.
